I ordered from Fruitful Yield and everything showed up in good shape. The weird part is, it wasn’t exactly late-late, but it still felt like it took longer than I expected. Kind of just average shipping, with a few extra days of waiting. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely hope the delivery is a little quicker next time

My order got here on time, so I assumed everything was fine at first, but once I unpacked it, two items were wrong and one thing I paid for wasn’t there at all. The packing slip still showed everything like the order had been packed correctly, which made me think this was probably just a picking or packing mix-up.

Customer service did refund the missing item, so I appreciated that part. Still, I ended up having to go buy the right stuff somewhere else, which was annoying. Not the worst experience, but if this is a pattern with their orders, I’d definitely double-check everything as soon as it arrives.

I really wanted to like this, but the moment I got it, something just felt off. The quality didn’t quite match what I was expecting, it kind of ruined the whole experience for me.

I ended up returning mine, and it reminded me of the kind of frustrating customer service runaround my sister always complains about. The return process felt more annoying than it needed to be, and the refund took way too long to show up.

I’ve ordered from Fruitful Yield a handful of times now, and I mostly pay attention to the prices on the items I already buy. For those, they’re usually cheaper than what I see at stores near me. Shipping can take a little longer sometimes, but I don’t really mind much when the total still comes out as a good deal.

I stopped by Fruitful Yield and overall it was good, good. They had a nice selection of vitamins and some solid health food options, and I found most of what I was looking for. That said, a few of my usual brands weren’t there, which was a little disappointing. Not a bad experience at all, not bad, I just wish there was a bit more variety in certain sections.

I stood around waiting forever while the staff acted like helping a customer was some impossible task. Nobody even bothered to check in or say anything. it felt like dealing with a bunch of amateurs who couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. Not wasting my time there again.

I reached out to customer service for help, but I kept getting passed from one person to another. Maybe I didn’t explain it clearly enough, or maybe I just didn’t have the patience that day, but after a while I gave up. I still didn’t get the help I needed.

The site was okay overall and I did eventually find what I needed, but it was kind of clunky. Some pages took forever to load, and the menu confused me a few times. I was trying to get this done quickly before heading out, and it ended up messing with my plans because I spent way longer on the site than expected. Checkout worked fine though, so at least that part was easy.
